Genetics information online is either a report with no sources, or a research paper nobody has time to read. This is the middle ground.

Every gene here is backed by primary literature — real studies, read and excerpted, not summarised by someone else's headline. Scholar alerts keep it current as new research lands, and the basics are explained from the ground up for anyone starting at zero. Not medical advice — just genetics, shown the way the evidence actually reads.

01

Whole genome sequenced

I did a 30× whole genome sequencing — millions of SNP variants across all chromosomes. Then a group is chosen to research — a behavioural trait, the effects of a genetic SNP mutation, a normal adaptation in some haplotype groups but a dysregulation in others, a specific disease, and so on.

02

Studies curated per gene

Papers are pulled in automatically, then read and curated one gene at a time — each kept excerpt comes with title, authors, and a persistent identifier (DOI or Handle).

03

Scholar alerts, live

New papers get routed in by Google Scholar automatically, landing as unread alerts right on the relevant gene page.

04

Extra context, layered in

Population frequencies from NCBI, clinical flags from ClinVar and SNPedia, and linked disease associations — added to each variant, where they exist.
